Cache app, new version

After uninstalling an old verion of an APP and then downloading and adding the new version, if you do not launch again MEDUSA Platform, you will be working with the old version.

POSSIBLE SOURCE OF THE ISSUE: The loading of the python scripts of each app are loaded at the beginning of the launch of the Platform. Maybe a problem orginated in Python.
