Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to https://demo.mediacms.io
2. Download the video and upload again: https://demo.mediacms.io/view?m=ZGaXlCaNy
3. You can see video images when playing locally, but not in the website

Expected behavior
There should have video images

I've encountered the same issue as you. Ensuring that the uploaded video is encoded in H.264 and is in MP4 format will resolve the problem.
