1.18.2 is still a go to version for lots of mods. Perhaps it should be supported for a bit longer?

I agree, I won't be moving to 1.19 for quite some time.

I suspect 1.18.2 is another major modding version right now (like 1.7.10 and 1.12.2) due to 1. the lackluster content of 1.19 in the view of many players, 2. the alleged performance detriment of 1.19, and 3. rejection of the chat report system. 1.18.2 is a must, at least in current times for now.

Chat Reporting isn't included in 1.19.0 tho

1.18.2 compatibility is done, just unreleased since it hasn't been reviewed yet. Until then, you can grab a test jar from the 1.18.2 pull request, or try the one in my fork's releases.
