TPO is an automated platform to implement genomic workfows in the real-time setting. It comprises modules for the analysis of DNA sequencing data as well as RNA-seq data. Including variant calling and annotation, fusion detection, and copy-number analysis. The results are integrated at the patient level and can be explored through a built-in partals.
