Can only append signatures, not create the first one

This problems stemps from the fact that surprisingly "signtool timestamp" command will not work if there is only one signature in the file one tries to use /tp 0 What does work is giving the /t or /tr option directly with "signtool sign" command. See signtool.exe reference for details.
