Theorycraft tooltip info does not show on tooltips from macros

I have several macros using #showtooltip in the macro. When I mouse over any macro action buttons with this, the tooltip quickly flashes with all of theorycraft's info but then it all disappears and only shows the regular ability text. Either the addon has an issue with WotLK or another addon I have is conflicting, but I couldn't find any other addon that was changing my tooltips. The tooltip data is there on regular abilities, just not macros with #showtooltip.
