Currently, if I have a folder named Foo at top-level, and another folder also named Foo (same names) inside folder Bar, once I create notes inside both of them, in the list of all snippets, both are shown as belonging to Foo. However, I recommend turning the second one to Bar > Foo. This will be also better in search results, specially that there's no way to filter with folder / tags.
(Regardless, this is an amazing software already, thank you so much.)
