Error during startup: Failed loading countries

Was just starting a mostly fresh VATprism install (installed the day before) on a recently updated Windows 11 machine and it hung on the loading countries step, eventually prompting me to make this issue. I did not change any settings (apart from picking one of the default colour schemes at first start).
It happens every time I start VATprism, not a one-time thing, so it's currently unusable.

I've had a glance at the logs to see if there's anything private in there, but there's not, so here they are

My apologies that I can't be of more use debugging this myself, I hope this data at least helps a little bit.

Other fun fact: one of the logs is showing a last modified timestamp in the future in Explorer. It's currently 21:29, it's showing last modified today at 22:06

Small update: might have been related to the VATSIM server issues as it now starts without issue

Yup, it was just an issue with the API. Should be managed better in the future, see #76.
