Voice options missing from attachments in pop up menu

voice calls is a feature implemented in the meshchat client.
sideband does not have it, every lxmf client has its own unique features.

I'm referring to the low and high BW voice recorded audio message feature. These are screenshots from my other android device that is capable of recording and sending them since they appear correctly.

Both devices are running 1.3.0.
