Reticulum + Android + Bluetooth + PTT Headset?

I'm getting into the full scope of the solution today and I'm blown away.

To me, a use case that makes Meshtastic look like a Playdough factory (and I love them!) is that reticulum can handle low bandwidth voice.

Using this would be ideal for a PTT solution using an AfterShocks headset with the boom mini mic and the PTT button.

Am I in imaginary land or would this feasibly work?

have a look at https://resilience-theatre.com/wiki/doku.php?id=edgemap:reticulum-intro - hardware has physical PTT but i'm not sure if that will be usable for voice via reticulum.

That should work in theory. Would just need some way to get the PTT button input from the headset mapped into the input system of Sideband, and I currently have no idea how Android handles that, but I'm sure there's a way :) If I can get my hands on some of the hardware, I'll see what I can do.
