Feature request: Layers per midi note

with level, fade in, fade out, layer delay offset, and later on when DSP is added, all the control and effects and filters possible then. right now layers would be amazing! up to 4 i think but it might be nice if there was up to 8 layers? not sure how many people would use them but i sure would!

its important that they all be phase locked meaning they all start simultaneously so there are no phase problems between layers. of course to deliberately phase one layer against another would definitely be one of the uses of layers but they need to all start locked to each other. for predictable behavior.

now that i have mine im wondering if layers in racks can be given the same velocity and triggered together from one note. i havent been able to sequence mine yet.
