The installer requires the Python toolboxes (https://github.com/mapaction/mapaction-toolbox-arcgis-pro/tree/master/MapActionToolbars/Python) in addition to the AddIn.

Initially these should be added as an artefact as part of a release (as a zip). In future this could be cloned directly from the repo.

See #16 for issues with accessing restricted releases. As with the AddIn, the scripts are mirrored to https://github.com/felnne/mapaction-arcgispro-toolbar/releases/tag/3.3.0.3.

I've got a working script now on my MA-69 VM (needs committing).
