I'd like to move away from bootstrap's old column width system to something based on proper CSS grids. It will need the entire site checking over if we change over to using bootstrap's CSS grid: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/layout/css-grid/

Bootstrap 6 might be a good time to do this.
