Include J(y) fit information in Figure title

Problem
The current figures are stored with a name that does not make clear which model or flags were used to produce it. This leads to confusion and having to run the script again to check which y-space fit inputs produced the figure.

Solution
Maybe include this information in the tile (by cutting some other unnecessary information) or include it in some other way. Contact Matthew for more details and his thoughts on it
