A new starter section needs to be added to the documentation to help users quickly get up and running with the project.

After further discussion, it was decided that adding a new starter section to the documentation is not needed at this time. The existing documentation already provides sufficient guidance for new users to get started. We will continue to monitor feedback and make updates as necessary in the future.
