Multiple tests are skipped without telling reason

In Maester report multiple tests are skipping, all prerequires are in place as mentioned on Maester site. Can anyone help specially tests which are skipping below

@iahmed18 do you know what Entra licensing level the tenant you are using has? It may be unrelated based on the results but just confirming.

We are using "Microsoft Entra ID P2" for Entra ID.

I know my FIDO authentication method is disabled but report should not Skipped, it should Pass or Failed.

This could be related to needing more OAuth assignments or consent as referenced in #611. I would suggest the same idea of picking one test and running interactively with verbose logging to get more details. If that doesn't give good hints, then manually running the cmdlet code to see where it is getting stuck.
