Dear Bruno and Fabricio,
I encounter (at least) two problems trying to use letsR.
First, when I save the presence-absence object using lets.save, it save it as .Rdata file, but when I try to load it with lets.load, it returns the error: Error in base::get(name_file) : object 'pam' not found
Second, calculation of diversity field using lets.field returns NA for all species (in the column value). This happens not only with my data, but also when I use it in PAM object that was supplied with the package.
Any help and advice will be appreciated.
Boris
