Glyph Name

Hi would it be possible to edit the package.ly file to add a metadata information concerning the name of the glyphs from the font file (or the codes). So far all I can retrieve is is the glyph name using:
(name . ,(ly:grob-property grob 'glyph-name))
inside the package.ly file, but it is still very imprecise and does not work for every SVG element. I would like to get something like "accidentalSharp" or "U+ED36". Please let me know whether this is possible and what I should do to retrieve this information.
