how do I specify an entrypoint command for both job manager and task manager? #222

my Flink image extends the official Flink community image and it uses the docker-entrypoint.sh by default

Normally, I'd specify the entrypoint command with in Docker like docker run but I can't seem to do this in the operator. How can I do this?
