default notification duration doesn't work on gmail

This is probably not a bug, but I'll report it anyway:
I set 45sec as the default notification duration. it works with all sites except gmail: when I receive an email the notification is only visible for about 7 seconds. Also, after the notification has disappeared it does not appear in the log of lxqt-notification systray.
I use chromium.

That means gmail sets the timeout to 7 seconds. The default timeout is used only when the sender doesn't set any timeout.

Again, the sender can decide that a notification shouldn't be saved or remembered.
