Storing .data elsewhere than in CWD

Is there any way I can store .data directory somewhere else than in current working directory? I already moved plombery.db but can't find any way to do the same with .data that include runs logs. With Docker container, I do not want to lost my .data directory when I recreate container. Thanks!
