SSObject

discoverySubmissionDate and firstObservationDate are currently float type. Since they're dates, will they always be whole-number floats, or will exact submission and observation times be kept? Other times are timestamp type.

It's not clear to me whether MOIDTrueAnomaly and MOIDEclipticLongitude are of the object or at the Earth at the MOI. Clarify in description?
