LGPL references found in files #473

Hi,

The following two files have references to LGPL license.

https://github.com/locutusjs/locutus/blob/main/src/php/_helpers/_bc.js
https://github.com/locutusjs/locutus/blob/main/website/source/php/_helpers/_bc.html

I understand that it may be because of the PHP bcmath extension.

There is a chance that the LGPL license may affect other files in the program as well due to its copyleft effect.

Please let me know your opinion on this.
