Allow boost for merchants

Some merchants can pay to have their products on the "top shelf".

This information is public, therefore customers will know that a merchant is boosted.

Would this be better as a something more protocoly, categories for naddr, is that a thing, or could it be?
Then featured/boosted merchants could be clumped together

Yes, this will also require a NIP15 update on the event kind 30019

I imagine if done right it will be pretty useful for other applications. category tags could be used for other things
