What exactly do Fooocus Enhance and Fooocus Sharp do?

They are enabled by default, but it isn't really clear to me what exactly they are supposed to do. I tried generating some sample images with thsoe two styles + V2 enabled and with only V2, both with fixed seed and random, but cant really make out a concrete difference. Just seems like different images to me.
