allow filtering for abilities & event types in table

filtering based on:

• abilities via id
• allow ability via id filter to be inverted
• ability types
  • requires types attached to spells first
• event type
• by default, group noisy events (bursting, grievous, NW orbs, DOS urn) into one special row like plagueborer dmg etc.
• allow disabling of noisy event grouping
