Provision of pre compiled exe file

Hi there,
having struggle for hours to compile your code. Really wanted to have an independent offline installer for rclone.
Using Ubuntu I can get a exe compiled, but not running. cmd on Windows says exe file is supposedly for 16 bit Windows.
Trying to compile on Windows using mingW i am totally unable to install Libsodium in a way gcc is able to grab it.
Any chance you can provide a pre compiled exe file for Windows 10?
