由于 Fedora 不允许绑定第三方库，libwebqq应该可以使用系统的 jsoncpp 进行编译和链接。直观上就是删除了 jsoncpp 目录也应该可以编译得过

可是有的发行版，比如gentoo 默认源 是没有jsoncpp的。
到时候怎么整？

可以通过 autoconf 进行条件编译

不过 jsoncpp 本身的共享库编译也并不完善，烦～

@cheese jsoncpp 跟C版本的json 库有头文件的名字重叠。
