Support storable transformation patterns

We should be able to not only execute the query single time, we should be able to store it for it to be executed on any change in the data store, and as the changes to data store are made only by CLI tool it may host the process of application of transformation patterns (or triggers).

Such storable queries or transformation patterns would be created by --always option, and deleted by --never option.

We can also store transformation patterns in separate links file, if user does not want to make the links network dynamically programmable.
