Adding Tag

You can add tag names on every problem so that we can understand which is a graph problem and which is just greedy. Because for beginners, when they try to solve by starting a volume they would know which problem is appropriate for them and without the algorithm they can not solve high level problems no matter how hard they try. That's why tag is a must.
