Conker's Bar Scene Runs Poorly

I am on a 3060 and a Ryzen 3700X 8 core, and that opening conker scene brings my computer to a CRAWL. No matter what settings I change my computer struggles to run at more than 25 fps. I have tried changing every possible setting and after seeing that none impacted the performance I am chalking it up to an issue with the emulator itself.

Is this a known issue? I saw one YouTube comment from 4 years ago of someone saying they had a similar experience, but no one else I can find has had such an issue.
