UX suggestions

Please, consider the following UX improvements (some of them are subjective):

• Some extra margin may be added to icons in the navbar and the GitHub icon may be smaller.
  

• The "Reset" button on "Adresní místa v okolí" page might have a more descriptive label.

• The help links on "Detail" page may be opened in a new window.

• A submit button for "Vyhledávání adresních míst podle jejich kódu" could have the same look as "Vyhledat" button (the magnifier icon is visually different to other buttons).

• Page might be scrolled down to the results after clicking "Vyhledat" button. However, some might consider scrolling down as disturbing. Some indication that search results are already returned would be fine.
  

• A progress indicator can be added when search auto-completion is loading. At the moment, "Žádný výsledek" is displayed, which might be misleading.
