Pouvoir configurer la gem via un initializer avec un booléen pour déterminer la version de Bootstrap (par défaut BS4)

Promethee.config.bootstrap_legacy = true # Bootstrap 3

Cohabitation des grid systems de BS3 & 4 trop compliquée
