  • Based on "Challenges and recommendations to improve the install-ability and archival stability of omics computational tools", it is better to create a one-line-code install process for RUMP.
  • Based on "Ten simple rules for documenting scientific software", automated documentation tools (e.g., Sphinx, etc.) can be used to aid documentation.
