Go through the documentation, try to run RUMP with example data, provide suggestions for documentation.

@luran1 @TheLunes @thulium1 Would you guys like to read the documentation and try to run the pipeline with the provided example data? Specific tasks would be:

1. Install RUMP
2. Run it with the example data provided in the repo.

Any suggestions regarding the documentation is very welcome (e.g., is there anything in the documentation that makes you confuse? Would you be able to find the example data based on the documentation? etc.)! After running it you will get more familiar with this tool, and let's work together to improve it!
