Add JGI names as aliases in assembly & annotation synopsis lines #200

In the synopsis line of the genomes and annotations READMEs, add the JGI name as an alias.

This issue mirrors one at soybase/jekyll-soybase#111
... but I've added it here for non-Glycine species.

I might as well handle all of these in one fell swoop, so self-assigning @StevenCannon-USDA .
