Enable the ability for the autocontent pipeline to deal with and detect files that have been added from an "annex" directory of some kind.

  1. Command line flag --annex_directory.
  2. Will be searched after building the initial content from the existing github clone or the remote.
  3. Dependency on being structured like the existing datastore directory structure at, https://data.legumeinfo.org/.
