Automatically generate JBrowse2 links and configs for all file objects from all taxa by specifying --auto_jbrowse. This allows for all jbrowse configs for all genus to be built and will put the instances in <outdir>/Genus/config.json.

This will serve to standardize the jbrowse subdirectory structure by genus.

Add --auto_jbrowse to the populate-dscensor cli method to add jbrowse home urls for all objects.
