allow to pass arguments in static::$optimizeClearCommands and static::$optimizeCommands

hello

there are some nice commands like

artisan optimize
artisan optimize:clear

which combine commands that must be executed, and as i understand it supports extension with these respective static variables

\Illuminate\Support\ServiceProvider::$optimizeCommands
\Illuminate\Support\ServiceProvider::$optimizeClearCommands

which then are used here

\Illuminate\Foundation\Console\OptimizeCommand::getOptimizeTasks
\Illuminate\Foundation\Console\OptimizeClearCommand::getOptimizeClearTasks

But currently i cannot add custom cache clear command like this

artisan cache:clear -- some_custom_store

When you do

\App\Providers\AppServiceProvider

    /**
     * Register any application services.
     */
    public function register(): void
    {
        self::$optimizeClearCommands['my custom cache clear'] = 'cache:clear -- some_custom_store';

....

you get error
