license verification error

Hi ,

I am trying to run "https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchain-academy.git" on my macbook.
I am able to run all the steps mentioned in readme but when I try to open the project in Lang Studio, i see this error:

Not yet. I was contacted by Andrew Nguonly of Lanchain dev team. He asked me few questions like

Is your LangSmith organization on a paid plan that has access to LangGraph Platform? What's your LangSmith organization ID (check Settings page)?
Is your LangSmith account in the US or EU data region? When logging into LangGraph Studio, did you select the corresponding data region? For example, if your LangSmith account is in the EU data region, then you'll need to select the EU data region when logging into LangGraph Studio.
Did you set the LANGSMITH_API_KEY environment variable in the .env file and correctly configure the langgraph.json configuration file to refer to .env. See this documentation page for an example: https://langchain-ai.github.io/langgraph/cloud/deployment/setup/#create-langgraph-api-config
Is LANGSMITH_API_KEY set to valid API key? The API key can be created in the LangSmith Settings page. Create an API key (docs): https://docs.smith.langchain.com/#2-create-an-api-key

I confirmed by sending my organization id. He responded saying my organization is not paid org.
I asked him "why i need to pay just to run the tutorial : https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchain-academy.git
