How to add a tag to a graph in v0.2.x

In v0.1.x I could add a tag to a graph with either of the following:

workflow = StateGraph(AgentState)
...
workflow.compile().with_config({"tags": ["mygraph"]})

Or with:

workflow = StateGraph(AgentState)
...
workflow.compile().with_config(tags=["mygraph"])

The same in v0.2.x doesn't actually add the tag to the list of tags.

Any idea how to add tags to graph in v0.2.x ?
