Suggestion to add 'evaluate expression' feature during simulation #17

Basically I'd find it really helpful to have a feature like the Jetbrains IDEs that let you write and execute single lines of code while in debugging mode. I'm not sure of the technical complexity of such a feature, but IMO it would really help when trying to figure out why an instruction isn't doing what you expect it to
