Cristina reports: • In central Australia, the time zones are offset by 30min from UTC. Time zone in Darwin NT (GMT+9:30) and Time zone in Adelaide SA (GMT+9:30) the AWSs report internationally: a) hourly on the hour and b) 3-hourly on the half-hour. This means we should expect 32 daily and not 24 (e.g. see 0-20000-0-94127). This applies to all variables.
