What would you like to be added:
OpenWRT DNS provider

Why is this needed:
As I homelab user, I would really appreciate an OpenWRT provider where I can add all my entries automatically inside my home router. Currently, the DNS entries are inserted in my router manually.

Hi. The external-dns project no longer accepts new providers. If no provider exists to date you could become an official maintainer for a provider https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/external-dns?tab=readme-ov-file#new-providers
