Bug Description

Set a channel to muted. Meaning zero notifications. You still see the purple unread.

Steps to Reproduce

Set a channel/room to muted
Still get visual cues that there are new messages

Expected Behavior

Zero notifications of any kind are surfaced when a channel/room is muted.

App Version

1.22.0
