Assigned Organization Not Displayed in New Lead When Person with Organization is Selected

Description

When creating a new lead, if a person is assigned who already has an organization linked to them, the Organization section in the lead form remains empty. This inconsistency can lead to confusion and redundant manual entries.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Create New Lead page.
2. Assign a person who already has an organization linked to their profile.
3. Observe the Organization section in the lead form.

Expected Result

The Organization section should automatically populate with the assigned person's linked organization details.

Actual Result

The Organization section remains empty, even when the assigned person has an organization associated.

Suggested Solution

Implement logic to auto-fill the Organization section in the lead form with the organization linked to the assigned person.
