There is no documentation of the Owl Lisp language whatsoever. This makes it
hard to use.

This seems to affect also my 0.1.4a trunk build. To reproduce, follow the link
provided by $ ol --about and observe a complete lack of useful documentation,
like differences between Owl and RnRS, not to mention denotational semantics.

Will start fixing this next week.

Will probably take a few weeks, but OwlManual page should have more useful
documentation soon.

Many of the recent and to-be changes affect the documentation, so probably
better continue it after the dust has settled.

Dropping started non coding tasks to and enhancements to Accepted for a while.
Documentation will have a larger overlap with functional R[57]RS subset soonish.
