No bonus pucks when scoring all pucks in round 1 or 2

Problem:
When all 30 pucks are scored in round 1 or 2, the player should get 1 or 2 pucks extra. However, this does not seem to happen.

Desired behavior:
When all 30 pucks are scored in round 1, the player must get 1 additional puck to score in the next round.
When all 30 or 31 pucks are scored in round 2, the player must get (another) 1 additional puck to score in the next round.
