There is nothing.
Added LZ4 compression to php-memcached.

It looks like it broke fastlz now but this is the stats

data  237.942 MB 100 000 records
           usage   ratio   write     read
fastlz 44,227 MB   18.5%  10,516s    7,6s
lz4     45,28 MB     19%    8,69s    6,9s

We will need to do better integration, perhaps still use this module.
Similar to igbinary integration and without breaking fastlz
