Add Individual Interconnectors to Units Groups List

At present, a total for interconnectors is displayed, and they are represented on the map
However, the flow value is not represented in the unit groups list
If they are positive i.e. importing they could be added to the list.
They could either use the EU icon or - with modification to the frontend - a national flag icon.
